Photoshop

I've decided to do a bit of photoshop to alter some of my photos for a bit of fun.
These are some i did

designs...

when i first started playing around with the melted cups i cut one disc into 4 pieces, i started playing with them and i melted them in a design on top of each other. . i repeated what i did to the first scales with the embossing powder except i used bronze colour for i bigger impact.

fish fashion

So Ive finished making the pattern for the fish scales and now I'm moving on to the design on the plastic cups.
These are pictures of the work through stages... I began by painting the scales with watery grey paint. I painting it on unevenly to give a washed up effect.

after this i didnt really get the effect i wanted so I smeared ink onto the scales and put some white embossing powder after that i melted it on with a heat gun..I then decided to add another layer of embossing powder but this time silver ....

fish tail...

I'm now using my melted cups. I cut them in half and melted them in a pattern to resemble fish scales.
I'm trying to keep in tune with the lobster body and tail.

My next plan is to cover and photograph my lobster inspired back with some of the materials i made. This is something i  made using the melted cups. i cut the discs on half and melted them in a layer to give the effect of scales on a fish which also links in with the under sea effect!!..
As you can see Ive only really started layering up my discs but i think as i keep going it will resemble a fish body.
